Payment Agreement Terms

  • Dues are paid by Direct Debit or Credit Card for an agreed schedule. We accept Visa or Mastercard.
  • New memberships are prorated for the first month. Regular dues apply thereafter.
  • Memberships are automatically renewed with the same terms at the end of the membership period. A minimum of 5 (five) days notice is required before next billing date to cancel membership.
  • Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships at anytime, with a prorated refund to you.
  • Suspensions are for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks.
  • Membership dues for month-to-month memberships may increase at anytime with 30 days notice.
  • Memberships 30 days past due will be cancelled. Reinstatement requires payment of dues owed, reinstatement fee of $25 and payment of first month of new membership.
  • Three-Day Right of Rescission
    New members have three days after signing this Agreement to cancel their membership without penalty. If the Agreement is cancelled within three days, CFW will return to the member within thirty days of all amounts paid. To cancel, new members must contact or come into CFW and inform CFW of their wishes to cancel.
