All regular sessions are on tomorrow including Comp class at 10:30am. Come in at 7,8 or 9 to help Kristian turn 50!! Then back again tomorrow night for his party. Bring a plate, or some beast to cook and if you bring a bottle- have taxi money on hand or you’ll be sleeping on the oly deck…

x4 rounds for time 20 minute cap

Drop Snatches

Weightlifting Total

Snatch 20 min to find 1 rm  (max out)
