CROSSFIT TOTAL TODAY!!!

Find your 1 rm max rep (in this order)of:

back squat

strict press

deadlift

Your first attempt is a weight that you can confidently lift for 3 rm. Your second one that you know you can get fr 1 rm and your last, the weight that you want based on your first two lifts. You have only 3 attempts at each. Here is the official guide if you want to make this one up at open gym next week:
