Our ANZAC  Weekend SCHEDULE IS:
Saturday 8am and 9 am Open class NO Comp Class
Sunday CLOSED no Yoga
Monday CLOSED Anzac Day Observed

A1. BS Beg 3×5 int 5×3

A2. Clean Complex warm up for full clean, then go through the complex with the barbell. They add load each set IF tech is solid

EMOM 8 MIN:
1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean + Clean (squat clean)

B. Amrap 5 min

3 hang power clean
6 box jump overs (24/20) scale using a plate)
