Beginners: 3 sets of 3 of: HS Hold (10 sec) and Headstand Hold (5 Sec) in tripod against wall
Intermediate: work HS Lower to Negative (4 Sec Negative) full range against wall, no abmat, scale to beginner if cannot lower all the way down w control
Advanced: 0-4 x 3 HSPU or More w good form in kip and recycle.
