We are closed for Anzac Day tomorrow. We chose not to have a single session as we do on other holidays out of respect for the spirit of the day. We will post a WOD tomorrow that you can do without gear, but take  a moment to remember those who have served and made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. See you all Friday.

Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th, 2008 during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.
