We are closed to remember those who serve today. Have a safe and peaceful Anzac Day everyone. If you choose to train, here’s one for you;

WOD:

60 Double unders

50 burpees

40 hollow rocks

30 air squats

20 alt lunges

10 v- ups or sit ups

5 cartwheels (yes, cartwheels)

For time!

    My shoulder was sore, so I did that lunge one from last week again…
    Now my legs are sore.
