Although not an official HERO wod from CFHQ, we felt it appropriate to honour two Australian Soldiers killed in the line of duty.

200m run, 16 KBS (24kg M, 16kg F), 16 Pull ups, 16 Front Squat (50kg M, 30kg F)

PTE Galagher & LCPL McDonald were serving together with the Special Operations Task Group in Afghanistan when they were tragically killed in a helicopter crash on 30 August, 2012.
