We are all wishing Cath a speedy recovery….

I posted this to our Facebook page this week, if  you haven’t read it yet- do. We do CrossFit because it is constantly varied but not random, but it is intense. If we’ve  had a few big days of training and are stuffed, then take an unscheduled recovery day or scale back. Sometimes even a scaled week. Are we eating for performance or still trying to out train bad nutrition? Have we gotten at least 47 hours of sleep this week? There are may reasons why we feel shattered. Coaches are available to talk to you about nutrition and recovery. You don’t’ have to wait until another challenge to use what you’ve learned about diet either (but we will do one soon)….

Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 6 (2008)in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons’ wife and two children.
