A2. Max strict t2b bet sets

B1. Strict ring dips max x5
B2. 5-7 back ext on ghd bet sets

Warm up:
Overhead Squats 3×10
Drop Snatches from Behind the neck (no bending knees)

A1. Double Snatches + double overhead squats 3×2+2

A2. Snatch pulls from the floor 4×5 (challenging weights but maintain the form)

A3. 2 Power Cleans + 2 Power Jerks
