Our first Oly club is April 27th with Ianne Guinaraes. This is for members looking to work on their lifts and we are hoping to run them every month at this point. This one has an 8 person limit and its almost full so book in now. When there are more coaches, we can accommodate more athletes.

Strength:

Deadlift 1×5 (3 warm up sets)

1 min AMRAP O/H KB lunges 32/20

1 min Rest

x2 For Reps
