3 kb pp right 16/12

3 kb squats right

5 pushups HR

7 sit ups

Four rounds for time 20 min cap

    15:12 I think. Baby weight on the RHS PP side cause my golfers elbow hurts. Never played golf in my life and don’t plan too.
