When people (who don’t CrossFit, Oly/power lift or do Gymnastics) see my hands they always say “You should use gloves”. You cannot connect to the barbell, grip properly or control the bar with gloves. Tape your hands up a but (I always tape my thumbs for a secure hook grip) and look after them my shaving down the calluses periodically. Either you are a hand model or a weightlifter- pick one.
