Unfortunately due to  poor response we have had to cancel the HangStrong workshops. We hope to put them on again next year. The coaches are coming from Ozz so numbers are needed three weeks out. Sorry for those of you who regoed, you will be refunded.

C.7 Min for Quality of

Accumulate as much time in the L-Sit Hold as possible. When a L-Sit set breaks you must perform ascending reps of HSPU ie 1 rep on the first break, 2 on the second so on & so forth
