Tomorrow is our first OLY class at 5:30. This will be a regular session for members every Friday. Next week begins our 5:30 pm Open classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, these are in addition to our current schedule.

Big ups to Gabz who rocked the run portion of the WOD in her 20KG vest!

Strength/Skill:

TGU 3, 2, 1,1,1 Each arm , work up to a maximum load

WOD:

800 meter run then:

3 American Swings 32/20

3 burpees

6 American Swings 32/20

6 burpees

9 American Swings 32/20

9 burpees

Continue ladder until 14 minutes.
