Last Yoga class of 2012 is this Sunday. Yoga classes will resume January 20th. If you cant move well, you cant lift big. We are looking at adding another Yoga class in 2013 so please give us your suggestions for a day and time.

Strength: Strict Knees to Elbows 5 5 5

WOD: “Do it Yourself”

Wall balls 10/6 AMRAP 1 minute, 1 minute rest

American Swings 24/16 AMRAP 1 minute, 1 minute rest

Burpees AMRAP 1 minute, 3 minute rest

Then with the number of reps achieved in each minute:

Wall balls

Am swings

Burpees

For Time, 3:30 min time cap.
