No you cannot “work off” all the damage you’ve done this week, if our bodies worked like that we’d all be thin. Enjoy days like Christmas and move on, get your nutrition back on track and hit a few WODs while on holiday. If you are traveling, then hit a box near you (some have limited hours this week). Here’s one for those of you on your own.
