Strict press 5-5-5

* 2 warm up sets for each

WOD: “Death by Pullups”

EMOM 1+ pullup for each minute. 2 pull-ups second minute, 3 pull-ups third etc. WOD is finished when a set is not completed by coming off the bar.

    50kg SP x 5 …… should’ve thrown in a 1RM….

    WOD: 11+7 before slipping off halway up on the 8th…more chalk!
