14 burpees

Here is what happens when you CrossFit, go Paleo and stick with it for 5 months. She did it  through Christmas, kids’ birthdays, anniversaries and holidays to Ozz. You can have excuses or you can have results. Awesome work Cath, what’s more, those strict and kipping pull-ups are looking good on you too!
