We are over a month into our CrossFit Football strength cycle and the numbers are climbing fast. Some of you adding over 12 kgs to your squats, 15 kgs to your d/l’s and 5-10 kg’s on your presses. Wicked!

Strength:

Back Squat 5-5-5

Strict Press 5-5-5

WOD:

800 meter run

then: 10 rounds of

5 burpees

10 air squats

then:

400 meter run

    TIka! 50kg FSquat and 35kg Strict. Up 10kg in the FS and 15kg in the strict! 😀
