B. Power cleans 10 min EOMOM 3 x touch n go

C.

800 meter run rest 3 minutes

400 meter run rest 2 minutes

200 meter run

12 min cap (scale back distance to meet the time cap)

OLY CLASS (5:30 pm only)

A. 15 minutes to find high hang snatch +hang snatch

B. 6 sets of: 2x Snatch grip strict press + 2 OHS
