See you guys tomorrow at Cornwallis Beach! Kids WOD at 9:30 Adults at 10. Bring anyone as the WOD will be all levels friendly! We will grab a council BBQ so bring some food for afterward. Take the Pine Ave turnoff (the first one) and we will meet in the lower carpark there at 9 or so.

Deadlifts: 5×5 warmup sets working up to a heavy set of 5 reps, working towards 5 kgs on the last DL session.

Pullup Drill w Partners:

Partner resisted eccentric pullup + 3 reps of concentric pullups (assisted by partner if needed)

Perform one set overhand, one mixed grip, one reverse mixed grip and in chin-up grip.
