Remember, Olympic lifting is now on Thursday at 6:30 pm and there is a regular class on Friday at 5:30 pm. Saturday 8 am is Body Weight movement ala Ido Portal with Coach K.

A1. beg max pullups x3 or ring rows int 3 x weighted followed immediately by max out unweighted 3 sets in total

A2. d/l beg 1×5 int find 5 rm (15 min)

B. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
7 chest-to-bar pull-ups
14 d/l 85/50
21 double-unders
