Strength: Deadlift 1×5 * 4-5 warmup sets, work up to a heavy set of 5.

10 Burpees

100 Meter run

10 rounds for time

    whats happening team…didn’t have a 100m space so I had to sub it with 50m stairs up Castle Hill in 34 degrees. wod 15:51! Heat has brought my fitness down afew pegs til I get use to it!
