First 5:30 class on a Friday with 9 of you coming in to WOD

A1. Max chins x3 all levels

A2. Take 15 min to find 2 rm for the following complex for Snatches :

1 lift off (return to the ground) +1 hang power snatch +1 power snatch

B. 10,9,8..1

hang Power snatches 45/30 (high hang or ak, but must stand up and reset for the first one)

200 m run after each round

12 min cap
