SAVE THE DATE! February 6th CFW WAITANGI DAY BEACH WOD

Meet 9 am Cornwallis Beach first carpark turnoff. Kids WOD 9;30 Adults 10 am then a day at the beach. Bring a picnic (paleo of course). Let us know if you will be coming so we know numbers. Anyone can WOD so bring a friend or 5 and a few kids!
