Its raining kipping pull-ups at CrossFit Waitakere this week! Awesome work on the progressions everyone and now you know what to practice. A big ups to all of you, everyone has made progress since our last focus on this skill. We will continue with it next week as well.

Skill: Kipping Pullup progressions

WOD:

15 Front Squats 50/35

20 Deadlifts

30 abmat situps three rounds for time 10 min cap.

For all you hand rippers out there, I like to make two strips and put them over my ring and middle finger. You can then re-use them:
