Skill warm up emom 8 min:

odd: hs hold 30 sec facing wall (scale, away from wall, hand on wall, feet on ground in hollow)

even: 5 kipping pullups/butterflies/ scale just kip or with one or 2 reps of pull-up. Posi and timing is priority- virtuosity.
