Strength:

Clean and Jerk Complex;

3 x 3 dead hang clean + 1 jerk (add weight each set)

3 x 1 hang clean + 1 clean + 1 jerk (add weight each set)

then;

6 x Clean and Jerk  (hot max load in 3rd set, drop down in 4th and build to hit 1 rm max in 6th)
