There are quite  a few comps coming up, so please ask us if you are keen and which is right for you. Not all local comps have the same standards so we have inquired about the parameters of scaled, rx and if any beginners.

If you are over 40, the first masters only comp is being held September 14 at CrossFit Dynamite in Onehunga. Details are on their site:

50 deadlifts 60/40

50 pushups

50 box jumps 24″/20″

50 floor wipers

50 KB c&j 16/12

25 pullups

For time 25 minute cap
