A lot of you are away for the school holidays. You can always drop in to a CrossFit box on your travels, click on the “Find Affiliates” button on our main page. There are over 70 boxes in New Zealand now so there’s little excuse not to train while on holiday. There are travel WOD’s for the bush or on the beach or in my case today, at the campground in the tennis court. The kids will most likey join in anyway…
