Long socks and tights tomorrow people! Always be prepared for the unknown, however. Keep long socks in your kit as well as your skipping rope, lifting shoes, tape etc.

Skill: Double unders

Max reps of each with one minute rest between each:

1 minute row for meters

1 minute wall balls 9/6

1 minute burpees

1 minute double unders
