A) 4 x 400m run on 4mins (leaving every 4 minutes – run as fast as can for each, aiming to hold a solid pace for all intervals) (16 min)
B) 6 x 400m on 3:30mins (21 min)
C) 8 x 500m on 3mins  (24 min)
