Its cold, its wet and its dark so we are postponing Wednesday night Yoga classes until the Spring when we will evaluate numbers. Apologies to the few of you who have been coming in then, but Sunday 9 am is still alive and kicking so we hope to see more of you mobilising then!

a2. Strict press beg 3×5 int 5×5 (between back squats and from the ground)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (choose load to challenge but do unbroken)

Lift every 2min – complete 10 pushups during each rest period
