Connectivity for hand stands:

Thoracic stretch on rings 3x :30 then
2x:30 hollow on hands (close to the ground as possible)
2x:30 same hollow posi on wall, feet on ground, hands on wall
2x:30 hs hold, 30 deg out -scale- stay feet on ground.

A1.Beg strict press 3×5 Int push press 5×2
A2.Pullup ladder – be strict about collar bone rom or you’ll be there all day…

B1. Ghd back extensions beg 5-7 int 10-12 x5 between sets:
B2. strict t2b max x5
