    19.22 mins vs 26 mins when we did it a year ago 22.5.12 –
    this time round dubs, kipping pull-up & ab mat HSPU’s vs tuck jumps/some dubs (f*%k tuck jumps!) jumping pull ups & slowly lowering to gd handstands (EEC?ECC? aua eccentric something a rathers)wicked! it’s true…ask yo self what could I do now that I couldn’t a year ago & ana!! thanks queen coach 😉
