We are over 2 weeks into the Paleo Challenge, almost half way there. If you’ve fallen off the horse, get back on and talk to other members who have done it before you. No one ever says “I regret sticking with it and getting great results”. The challenge also means 4x per week of training so if this isn’t happening, come talk to us. Keep Calm and Eat Clean.

AMRAP 10 minutes

* add 3 pp and 3 lunges to each round
