Big ups to our members who are running the Orock 6 km obstacle course race tomorrow! Put your fitness to the test and have a great time, CFW represent!

We have a few things brewing at the box this week:

Welcome to Antonia Daroux to our team of specialist trainers! She will be taking us through Gymnastic Club sessions once a month for 90 minutes of skill work. Our first session is June 8 at 1 pm and is limited to 10 people so sign up at the box, first in first in. We will announce them once per month, same as Oly club!

Columbus Coffee cafe is on the corner of Pioneer and Catherine Streets, right across from Warehouse Stationary. They have made us a Paleo menu and special prices . The owner Som, has been really eager and helpful in researching it for us. We will have a CFW breakfast day there on March 25 th to kick it off and he’s offering free coffees for our members on the day! Right after 8 am session…
