Strength:

Cleans 5×3 (I wrote it right the first time!!)

Max strict chin ups x3 (add weight)

WOD:

500 meter row

then 3 rounds of:

10 pushups

10 ring rips

then 400 meter run

They couldn’t have made this video more boring BUT it is a simple demo of great rowing technique:
