A1. General skill warm up:

250 m row 10 air squats, 8 pushups, 6 pull-ups, 4 ring dips, 2 pistols each leg x2

A2. skill:double and triple unders

B. Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of: CFHQ
5 triple-unders (10 doubles or 5  attempts at double or triple)
thrusters, 3 reps 85/60
