In solidarity with our competitors down in Wellington this weekend, we give you:
5 min each station:
a. atlas stone g2s and carry 10 meters
b. tyre flips x5 + 10 tyre jumps amrap (step ups if needed)
c. yoke walk 10 m (approx) (KB farmers/plate walk as an alt)
d. Strict press 3 rm x3 each time at station, not including any warm up sets. Base first set on 5 rm and add load.
