SPRING CLEANING… Have a look at the video below for some of the foundations for achieving a good clean…

Warm up with Barbell:

3×3 Front squat

3×3 dead hang clean

3×3 high hang clean

3×3 above the knee clean

Strength:

1 pull to shrug

1 Clean

x8 Increase load or work technique

WOD: EMOM 8 minutes

1 clean and jerk at 80% of today’s pb.

+1 each round…

    Incorrect technique would explain the bruise on my clavicle. Only did 7 at 30kgs. Must stop pulling
