Warmup skill: Hollow Body position

WOD:

“Bear Complex”

1 Rep =

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

7 Reps equals one round

5 rounds for volume hitting max load on the last round. This is NOT a timed workout. Rest between rounds as needed and increase load each round if possible paying attention to form.

    This is my 3rd week doing crossfit training, love how I am challenging myself and how its pushing me to my limit ! Did the ‘Bear Complex’ Monday morning…it was liberating !
