First day at our new location! Next Saturday begins our 6 week challenge, 7am Seminar, 8am baseline workout. Those of you wanting measurements, please let us know and we will arrange it for that morning as well.

We will continue to settle in and appreciate your patience as we wait for more flooring and additional gear.
