We teach you skills and skill progressions in class but if you want to work on your individual gymnastic skills- come to Gymnastics Class on Mondays a 6:30 and speak to Coach Jarrod about what you want to work on!
A.skill warmup emom 10 min, for quality of movement (VIRTUOSITY!)

odd: kipping pullups (scale kip, hollow rocks)

even: pistol squats 3-5 each leg

skill:mu progressions for skill and scale
