Hollow body 10 sec/ 5 arch ups/bar taps (kipping)x5/catarpillar to pushup x5/shoulder bridge x5

Warm up for the clean with empty BB:

2×3 dead hang 2×3 high hang 2×3 above knee 2×3 shins 2×3

Strength:

Take 15 minutes to find one RM Clean and Jerk

WOD:

5 push press 45/30

7 pullups

x5

then

5 back squat 45/30

7 knees to elbows

x5
