Boom! Pb’s in the house!! Lots of you getting a new 1 rm in your strict press. We are getting our goals/pb board up in the box soon so think about your short and long term goals for 2013. Keep your eyes open on the Facebook page as I will be posting weekly open gym times.

Strength: Strict Press (Wendler)

5 3 1  x three rounds, 90 second rest between sets. Go for that max pb by the last rep.

    WOD: RXD 9.07 Suprisingly the row wasnt that bad on the hammie and by the time i got to the squats i couldnt feel my legs anyway 🙂
