Sled races! Guys vs. Girls (and a few fence jumpers)

Men 20kgs  Women 10 kgs

50 meter sled push to 10 pushups and 10 sit-ups

2 rounds

WOD:

101 Double Unders

50 Front squats 50/35 kgs

101 Double unders

Finisher:

50 meter sprint

7 burpees

3 rounds for time
