CF Football TOTAL!

Find 1 rm, Of the following lifts:

1 rm power clean

1 rm back squat

1 rm Bench

1 rm deadlift

* each lift has is 10 min to find 1 rm and to be done in 3 lifts after 1-2 warm up sets. First attempt is what you know you can do for 3 rm, 2nd is what you think your current 1 rm is and the third is what you want to attempt based on the second.
