December 7th Our end of year Paleo-BBQ, time TBD

December 15th Paleo challengers re assess at the 7am and 8 am sessions!

    I did the the 200, 400 and 1/800m this morning for 23m30s. Haven’t run in like how many years…lol. Thanks everyone for the cheers of support along the way, when all I wanted to do was give up.
